Uncountable individuals and entities are rightly concerned about being exposed and exploited by LLMs in all sorts and sizes, being cloned in transformative or derivative ways... but without our consent!

All these AI programs rely entirely on scraped human works with questionable ethical or legal status - Indeed we are the very creators of all their contents spitted out for commercial use!
Not only IP work is copied but also increasingly private data out of forums, se, apps, tubes, recruitment or medical sources not to forget facial/ voice/ mimic recognition …Its time to act in some way!
Yet the national Copyright jurisdictions in US/ EU/ Asia are quite incomplete and not synched in AI legislation. More and more lawsuits are filed. Some AI Corps allow entering an objection as privacy request but the very creators are becoming more anxious and uncertain about their legal position.
